You have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know if you would like a refund. We can not process refunds that are requested more than 30 days after the purchase. Create a "Request Support" ticket from your blog's administrative dashboard to notify us of your refund request. Alternatively, you can cancel your service from your "Account" page, accessible from your administrative dashboard, and send us your refund request using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.

What is the difference between a Padawan, a Jedi, and a Trade Federation account?

A Padawan account is FREE and has a lot of great features, including tools to display your collection inventory and Amazon wishlist. Padawan accounts also have social networking tools built-in that allow you to push your blog content out to all your social media properties. Jedi accounts include tools for further customizing your blog, like adding more pages and changing your header image and navigation menu. Jedi accounts also have increased media storage capacity and onboard video blogging tools. Trade Federation accounts have built-in features that allow you to sell your collectables and memorabilia directly from your blog through integration with PayPal.
