Carded Figures

Naboo Pilot Ric Olie with Battle Game Card and 3D Glasses

“DISCOVER THE FORCE IN 3-D! AWESOME 3-D IMAGE ON BACK!” “FIGURE INCLUDES GALACTIC BATTLE GAME CARD, DIE & BASE (SEE BACK FOR DETAILS)”

“Naboo pilot Ric Olie battles droid starfighters in the Battle of Naboo. The pilot of Queen Amidala’s Royal Starship, Olie leads Bravo Squadron in the attack that destroys the Droid Control Ship and stops the battle droid army.” “THE 3-D GLASSES INCLUDED ARE NOT FOR USE IN CINEMAS. NOTE: These glasses are intended for viewing 3-D content ONLY. Not recommended for extended periods of use. Take frequent breaks during use if necessary.” “HAVE AN ADULT CLIP THE PICTURE AND 3-D CLASSES FROM THE PACKAGE. VIEW THE PICTURE TRHOUG THE GLASSES FOR AN AWESOME 3-D EFFECT! THE 3-D GLASSES INCLUDED ARE NOT FOR USE IN CINEMAS.”

I love real cloth elements on the 3.75 figure line, its probably my favorite thing, so this guy is probably going to be free of the packaging soon. The packaging is pretty messed up anyway– the cardboard is dented up all over the place, so its not like I’d lessening the value of my collection to open it up. But it is fun reading all the dramatic marketing and simultaneous warnings about the 3-D glasses! I probably have left the figure in the packaging just for that.

What do you think?
